Brusoe Design Build is a Perrysburg-based home builder led by Matt Brusoe. After 20 years managing residential construction, Matt started BDB to give homeowners a hands-on, organized building experience.
Design-build brings planning and construction together. We work through the layout, scope, budget, and details before they become decisions on site. If you already have plans from an architect or designer, we can start there too.
